Why Consider a...

Pre-Engineered Metal Building?
Most manufacturing and warehousing facilities that are constructed today utilize the pre-engineered metal building concept.
The union of flexibility, reasonable initial cost, faster occupancy, economical maintenance, and long-term energy savings makes the Butler Pre-Engineered metal building system a powerful choice for today's and tomorrow’s competitive marketplace.
As businesses grow, their buildings grow with them making a Pre-Engineered building a perfect match for manufacturing, warehousing, and a host of other commercial facilities.
Framing Systems
Widespan™ Structural System
Providing the practicality of a rigid frame combined with almost unlimited design flexibility to meet your needs.

The clearspan framing systems allow for maximum use of interior space which is particularly important in manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices and retail stores where uninterrupted space is required. Building widths for clearspan frame buildings are available in widths from 30'-150' in 1/8" increments.
Modular framing systems, on the other hand, are specially designed for large buildings such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, truck terminals and retail stores, using a minimum of interior columns. Modular frame buildings are available in widths from 80'-300' with interior modules from 40'-60' in 1/8" increments.
Landmark™2000 Structural System

The Landmark™2000 Structural System Employs a special truss purlin (an open web roof secondary structural member) that is exclusive to Butler.
The system employs solid web primary frames, pre-punched truss purlins and rod bracing in the roof and walls to form a very attractive and economical long bay framing system.
The entire system was designed with flexibility in mind. Bay sizes from 15' to 54' may be specified in 6" increments. Eave heights from 10' to 30' are available in 1/8" increments. Single slope, double slope and offset ridge designs are available with a roof slope of ¼:12 to 5/8:12. You may also select tapered columns for maximum economy or straight columns for functionality.
Multi-Story Structural System
An extension of Butler's pre-engineered systems approach to building construction.

The multi-story structural system offers the benefits of our low-rise building expertise and the single source advantages of a Butler Multi-Story structure. The system utilizes the combined technologies of conventional and pre-engineered materials for two through eight-story office and mixed use facilities.
Skyline™ Structural System
Butler's revolutionary prefabricated light gauge steel truss system.
In the past, incorporating dramatic rooflines in your facility meant limiting design options and sacrificing quality, all while increasing cost and losing valuable time.
Today, Butler has met the demand for aesthetically pleasing roofs by offering a flexible, dependable and economical roof-framing solution — the Skyline™ structural system.
The first one-hour, one-layer, UL fire-rated assembly in the industry, the Skyline structural system is engineered and factory assembled to allow unlimited truss configurations and design flexibility to almost any roof application. With virtually limitless design possibilities, the Skyline structural system can easily provide hip, valley and dormer framing for commercial, institutional or educational structures. It is a cost-effective alternative to structural steel, bar joist, fire-treated wood and site-assembled, cold-formed metal framing and is an excellent alternative in reroof applications.
Limitless Design Possibilities
Creating infinite possibilities for roof design, the Skyline™ structural system will add more architectural appeal to your building. With single spans up to 65 feet, it achieves a more appealing design with such features as dramatic roof pitches and overhangs to new or existing buildings.
Engineered to Save Time and Eliminate Mistakes
Design and engineering included, our engineered system eliminates field assembly of the trusses, thus eliminating headaches and errors by guaranteeing perfect fits. All in all, speeding up project time and lowering your costs.
Significant Benefits of Steel Versus Wood
Unlike wooden trusses, a Skyline™ structural system will last the life of your building, eliminating distortion through shrinkage and warping. In addition to its excellent fire ratings, the Skyline system is also insect- and rot-resistant, thus lowering your insurance costs and protecting your assets.
Panl-Line™ Building Systems
A size and type for every small building need.
Two distinctive appearances are available with the single-slope roof design of Panl-Line™ I buildings and the gable roof design of Panl-Line™ II buildings. Both offer maximum usable space and volume in a small building, with a high degree of functional flexibility. Relocatable endwalls make expansion simple.

Panl-Line buildings can be used for a multitude of purposes - from simple storage space to complex computerized control stations.

Roofing Systems
MR-24® Roof System

Consistent, weathertight performance under demanding conditions.
The MR-24® roof system is specifically designed to accommodate roof movement.
Roofs expand and contract with daily and seasonal temperature changes. Unless your roof is designed as a system to accommodate this movement, fasteners will work loose on metal roofs and cracks, blisters and splits will appear on built-up roofs.
The system is attached to the building's structure with a special clip and tab assembly formed into the double-lock seam. Because the tab can move within the clip, the entire roof can expand and contract freely without sacrificing structural integrity.
Butler's exclusive Pittsburgh double-lock standing seam (illustrated in the animation) assures you of consistent weathertight performance.
Independent surveys show that the MR-24 roof system is the most specified standing seam roof on the market, with over 2 billion square feet installed since its introduction in 1969.
ENERGY SAVINGS
Because the MR-24 roof system is metal and moves freely with the forces of expansion and contraction, additional insulation thickness will not cause roof deterioration as commonly happens with conventional built-up roofs.
Also, when metal roofs are installed, insulation is often crushed at points where the roof is fastened to the structural members. At these points, a thermal short circuit is created. The MR-24 roof system offers special thermal blocks to rectify this problem. A variety of colors are available.
CMR-24® Roof System
The MR-24® roof system with an added steel liner.

The CMR-24® roof system offers all the benefits of the MR-24® roof system with the addition of a layer of rigid insulation board and an interior steel liner.
This liner gives the interior a finished look while protecting the roof's insulation and providing excellent energy savings.
The CMR-24 roof system meets all of the performance standards found in the MR-24 roof system, including independent laboratory and industry ratings. The CMR-24 system uses the same panel clip as the MR-24 to promote smooth movement during roof expansion and contraction, and is available in a variety of colors.
ThermaLiner Insulation System

The ThermaLiner™ Insulation System is a state-of-the-art insulated liner system which can be used with all Butler roof systems (MR-24, VSR and Butlerrib) and provides superior thermal efficiency, condensation control and noise reduction. R values from R-20 through R-40 are available.
