The system's all-in-one composition significantly reduces the time and labor required to construct the building's exterior envelope. Components necessary for construction of the envelope are also provided. Each panel is labeled and numbered for easy installation, eliminating guesswork in the field. 		The flexible Koreteck system is ideal for a wide variety of building types.
		If not factory located, window and door openings can be readily installed in the field. Electrical openings are quickly and easily installed in the field with a hot knife. Once complete, interior and exterior finishes can be directly applied to the Koreteck system. All Koreteck components are built to the project's exact size and shape specifications, helping to reduce waste and speed cleanup on the job site after installation is complete.

Because Koreteck is a noncavity, ready-to-finish system, acrylic coatings can be applied to the buildings exterior in the same manner as with any other building material. Other options, such as brick veneer, stone and vinyl siding, further expand the exterior finishing possibilities. On the building's interior, the Koreteck system is the perfect substrate for applying gypsum wallboard or other approved thermal barriers. Clearly seam lines indicate the propose position for fastener placement, allowing the installer to quickly and easily apply the interior wall panels.
		The performance attributes of the Koreteck™ system are as revolutionary as its ease of installation. Due to the monolithic nature of the EPS insulation, the system is highly energy efficient. The 6-inch Koreteck system delivers an R-value of 24.8, and the 8-inch system delivers an R-value of 33.1. The solid composition of the Koreteck system also enhances acoustical performance and virtually eliminates the water and food source necessary for mold to grow. The Koreteck system offers compelling sustainability attributes as well. The Perform Guard® EPS material used to make Koreteck is a natural deterrent to termites, has been thoroughly tested, and is safe, noncorrosive and nontoxic. The Koreteck system has been independently tested for structural, fire, vapor and sound transmission characteristics, and the technology is ICC approved.*
